Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission HIVE (Indoor Air Purifier) at customer locations across Mumbai
Travel within Mumbai for installations, servicing and customer support
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to ensure optimal device performance
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Conduct product demonstrations and guide customers through the product features and mobile app
Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and repair device issues at client sites and in-house
Repair PCBs and perform SMD component soldering when required
Maintain proper records of installations, service visits, and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Electronics
1-3 years of experience in field service, installations, or maintenance
Must own a 2-wheeler (Scooty) for travel within Mumbai (Petrol and travel expenses will be covered by Praan)
Hands-on experience in PCB repair and SMD soldering
Good communication skills; should be able to speak clearly and confidently with customers
Comfortable giving product demos and explaining features in simple terms
Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai
Basic understanding of IoT devices and connectivity
