Job Description

Job Title: WiFi Field Executive Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled WiFi Field Executive to handle on-site installation, setup, and maintenance of wireless internet connections for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer locations for WiFi installation and troubleshooting Set up routers, switches, and access points as per network layout Configure internet settings on customer devices (PC, mobile, etc.) Ensure proper cabling and signal strength across the premises Educate clients on WiFi usage and basic troubleshooting Provide timely support for complaints and service requests Maintain logs of installations and service visits Requirements: Knowledge of network setup and WiFi hardware Familiarity with tools like crimpers, testers, and basic networking software Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred Strong customer interaction and communication skills ITI/Diploma in Networking or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
