We’re currently seeking a Field Service Technician with technical expertise and a customer-first mindset to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair Thermax equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Provide technical support and training to customers on Thermax systems
• Ensure accurate documentation of service work, site reports, and parts usage
• Coordinate with the service team and Thermax technical support as needed
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to company and OEM protocols

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
• 1–3 years of field experience, preferably with boilers, water treatment systems, or industrial plant equipment. Freshers are also considered
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Thermax products is a strong advantage
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Good communication and customer service skills
