Field Service Technician

REQUIRED MALE CANDIDATES

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Setting up new equipment and ensuring it's functioning correctly.
• Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks and preventative maintenance.
• Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing malfunctioning equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Customer Support: Providing technical guidance and support to customers.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of services performed and assets used.
• Travel: Traveling to various customer sites.
• Sales: Identifying opportunities for new services or parts.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Customer Service: Ability to interact with customers professionally and resolve issues.
• Communication: Clear communication to explain technical information to customers.
• Time Management: Ability to manage appointments and stay on schedule.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to keep track of tools, parts, and paperwork.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that may involve physical labor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
