Field Service Tech II

Role Overview: As an HVAC Chiller Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the service delivery of HVAC (York) chillers for customers. This involves attending to breakdown complaints, performing preventive maintenance of York chillers/Johnson Controls products, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the service delivery of HVAC (York) chillers - Attend to breakdown complaints and perform preventive maintenance - Create strong customer relationships - Generate L&M business - Ensure timely completion of all activities as per contract scope of work - Timely billing and collection of all accounts receivable - Address customer queries according to agreed SLAs - Familiarity with York Chillers products Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in chillers service - Experience in handling York chillers is preferable - Previous experience in handling Data Center customers is preferred - Good knowledge in trouble shooting and commissioning of chillers Company Details: Familiarity with York Chillers products is considered an advantage for this role.,
