Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to client locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Installation & Setup : Install and configure equipment at customer sites according to specifications. Maintenance & Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Customer Support : Provide on-site or remote assistance, addressing client concerns and ensuring minimal downtime. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each task. Inventory Management : Manage and maintain an inventory of tools and replacement parts. Training : Educate customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting steps. Experience : Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role. Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
