Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance: Installing new equipment or upgrades, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems are functioning correctly.

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with equipment, often under time constraints.

• Customer Support: Providing training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance, and addressing their technical questions and concerns.

• Documentation: Documenting service activities, including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting steps.

*

• Collaboration: Working with other engineers, sales teams, and support staff to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.

*

• Travel: Traveling to customer sites, which may involve overnight stays or extended periods away from home

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in field service engineering or a similar role is often required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
