Job Description Designation: Field Service Engineer No open positions - 1 Required Work exp - 2+ years Roles and Responsibilities - ● Installation of the Machines. ● Educate and train customers on use of machines, software and application. ● Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting ● First Time Resolution of the machines handled. ● Manage Spares Inventory Skills Required - ● Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. ● Good communication skills both written and verbal so that he/she is clear in driving down the message to his team ● Customer management ● Problem solving and Negotiation ● Decision making ● Prioritisation Additional Information - ● Result oriented way of working with ownership and responsibility ● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ● Ability to work productively with minimal supervision. ● Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals and objectives. ● Having a valid Driving License and a bike. ● Should be fluent in Hindi, English and Local language. Expected Educational Qualification ● Minimum ITI or Diploma Desired Candidate Profile ● Ability to work productively with minimal supervision. ● Good communication and customer service skills ● Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns. ● Strong time management skills.
