Field Service Engineer

Wanted Service personnel with Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronic Diploma

Job based for company in Mumbai who is in Textile electronics.

Job strictly involves servicing and maintenance of our testing equipment in the textile industry for our various customers in Gujarat and Maharastra. Job specifically includes travelling to various sites and candidate is expected to stay outside in these locations 3 to 4 days per week.

Preferable candidates should be/have :-

- polite and well-mannered to customers
- extensive knowledge of PC and repair of PCB’s of PC upto chip level knowledge and loading ofOperating systems like Windows 7 (64 bit) and Windows 10- able to check and repair PCB’s and their basic components- good knowledge of basic of electronics/instrumentation and functioning of electronic parts- able to trouble shoot on existing problems of our machines after due training- able to install and commission equipment after detailed training- able to independently handle equipment and allied servicing/repair after suitable training- able to continue working for the company for a long period- engineering / diploma in electronics or instrumentation is preferred

Job does not involve any programming or learning any computer language but involves basic electronics / instrumentation. Hence candidates looking for programming need not apply.

Selected candidates will be suitably trained at site before being able to handle/execute jobs independently. Training is a must and it requires approx. 4-6 months at least before being productive. On their continuity, they may be sent abroad for advanced training and knowledge.
Candidates with 1or 2 years’ experience in similar fields/line will be more preferred.Since the job involves travelling, candidates residing on Western Railway line will be preferred. Candidates on Central line upto Thane will also be considered. Candidates living in New Mumbai, Nerul, Panvel will not be able to travel and hence will not be considered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
