Field Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for quality Commissioning & Handing over of all the Products PVPCS, UPS Systems, Drive products of as per standards.
2. To manage all Service and Technical aspects for the full range PVPCS Systems, UPS & Drive products with the objective of achieving the set target/Objectives.
3. Attending the breakdown support for all the products and ensure the system operation within committed TAT.
4. Responsible for the Project drawings preparation and its approval from customer.
5. Generating Service inquiries and pass on to Service Sales team.
6. Accountable for planning and timely execution of contractual preventive maintenance.
7. Coordinating the entire activity of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department.
8. Responsible uptime of product under warranty & with service contract.

• Diploma / BE Electricals or Electronics & Communication
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience into Power Electronic/ PV Inverters /UPS/ Drives field service support.
• Technical background in PV Inverters Service /commissioning support.
• Relevant experience in field service /commissioning of product & configuration.
• 25 - 30 years. Male.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Effective communication skills & presentation skills.
• Shall be assertive and persuasive
• Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment.
• Fully aware of the contemporary, evolving technologies in the field of UPS /PVPCS Systems Industry.
• Field service support & commissioning experience in UPS/PVPCS.
• Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills.
