Field Service Engineer- Printer& MFP

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical and customer support for the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers. - Providing routine service and maintenance for Multifunction Printers. - Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning Multifunction Printers. - Performing timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment. - Having a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues of printers. - Ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment. - Accurately identifying and resolving any technical issues to ensure optimum operating conditions. - Handling customer issues promptly. - Maximizing equipment uptime through timely response and effective and efficient repairs, along with selective customer training. - Demonstrating mechanical and electrical aptitude. - Possessing good customer service and communication skills. - Being willing to travel. - Providing accurate updates for closed call information, parts usage reporting, and customer meter readings. Qualifications required for this role: - 4 to 6 years of experience in Multifunction Printers (MFP), preferably in RICOH & FUJIFILM. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and think independently. - Ability to problem-solve, conduct written and verbal communication, and read and comprehend technical information. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the expected start date is 20/06/2025. Work location will be in person at Baroda, Gujarat.
