Responsibilities you will be responsible for:
· Attending customer breakdown calls and completing preventive maintenance visits.
· Performing installation, commissioning, troubleshooting of Kirloskar equipment.
· Preparing service reports, job cards, PM checklists and submitting them on time.
· Coordinating with Service Manager for spare parts, tools, and technical guidance.
· Ensuring safety standards as per Koel policy.
· Maintaining customer satisfaction during the Service calls.
· Supporting AMC renewals, spare parts identification, job completion and payment collection.
· Every Service request status and customer feedback detail updating to Service Co-ordinator on daily basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,500.98 - ₹15,000.33 per month
