Field Service Engineer

1 Lead Technicians for Inverter Machine troubleshooting root cause analysis and implement effective counter measure.

2 To update customers details on database, and then sharing this information with senior authority.

3 Understand site strategies and expectations and translate them into sustainable maintenance solution as partof a site master plan.

4 Drive business result and manages customer relationships within area of responsibility.

5Project planning, scheduling and budgeting based upon project commissioning and start up schedule andbudgeting for maintenance.

6 Lead service delivery that continuously surpasses customer experience.

7 To negotiate about faults with customers, and clients in somes cases , if necessary.

8 To attend the calls of customers related faults, service, queries and give appropriate solutions.

9 To make appropriate report of daily work and communicate with senior authority on daily basis.

10 Any other responsibility that may assigned to you by the management from time to time.

11 To take follow-up regarding the complaints of customers and handled with good.

12 To take follow up regarding Inward of inverters, Snickering & couriers indidually.

1 Previous Field service on Electrical and electronic device, soldering, analysis of circuit & its diagram.

2 Prior leadership experience in managing a team of service engineers.

3 Direct customer relationship experience , proven ability to influence and verbal communication skills and able to

effectively communicate across a distributed workforce.

4 Ability to resolve complex issues within function area of expertise.
