Job Description

Install, implement, and optimizehardware, software, networking, and configurationfor GCMSD systems at customer sites.
Providediagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolutionof product performance issues.
Delivermaintenance, calibration, and repair services, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
Advise customers onpreventive maintenance, configurations, and best practicesto enhance system performance.
Proactively identify and resolve potential equipment or software issues to minimize unplanned downtime.
Deliver integrated solutions includingperipherals, communications, operating systems, and application software(delivery only, not design).
Serve as aninternal escalation pointfor technical issues and collaborate with globalSupport, Sales, Marketing, and R&Dteams.
Providetechnical training, workshops, and knowledge-sharingsessions for customers and internal field engineers.
May conducton-site calibrationfor large-volume customers.
Maintain compliance withcustomer/vendor credentialing requirements, including certifications, health, and safety regulations.

Preferred Competencies:

Deep understanding ofgas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and analytical workflows.
Familiarity withthird-party products and laboratory software solutions.
Experience managingcustomer escalationsand delivering technical excellence in high-pressure situations.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally withglobal Agilent teams
