Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer-Pharma Instruments located in Chandigarh. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, executing preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves hands-on work with a variety of pharmaceutical instruments and requires frequent interaction with clients to address their technical needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for on-site service calls
