Key Responsibilities

• Working on achieving sales targets
• Reporting emerging trends in the market
• Monitoring KPIs of PSRs (pre-sales representatives)
• Troubleshooting market issues
• Ensuring the availability of stock in the distributor
• Aligning the distributor with growth goals
• Ensuring PSR (pre-sales representative) salaries are received on time
• Maintaining a culture of high performance and camaraderie in the team
