Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct home demos and field visits in the assigned territory.
• Engage with potential students and parents to promote PW’s programs.
• Counsel students to identify the best-fit learning solutions.
• Manage and nurture leads via CRM with regular follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in

  sales, counseling, or business development

  (EdTech experience preferred).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with strong ownership.
• Must have a valid

  driver’s license

  and

  personal vehicle

  .
• Comfortable using laptops/tablets for demos.
