Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground marketing activities such as canopy drives, activations, and community campaigns.
• Plan and manage field events, exhibitions, roadshows, and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with local institutions, societies (RWAs), and community partners for branding and promotional initiatives.
• Support the sales/admissions team by generating and qualifying leads through offline channels.
• Ensure effective execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities in assigned territories.
• Track campaign performance and share regular reports and insights with the team.

Requirements:

• 1 - 4 years of experience in field marketing, offline marketing, or field sales (any industry).
• Strong hands-on experience in ATL & BTL activities; canopy execution experience is mandatory.
• Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
• Must own a bike and a smartphone for field coordination and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
