We're looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive with 3-4 year experience who thrives in uncharted territory. This isn't your typical sales roleyou'll be introducing cutting-edge AI technology to pathologists and lab directors, many of whom are encountering digital pathology for the first time. You'll need to be part educator, part strategist, and full-on hustler to break into labs, win trust, and close deals.
Hunt and own your territory: Identify, target, and engage diagnostic centers, pathology labs, and hospitals across Hyderabad and surrounding regions
Educate and inspire: Conduct compelling product demonstrations that show pathologists how our AI platform enhances diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency
Build relationships that stick: Develop deep connections with lab directors, pathologists, and hospital administratorsbecome their trusted advisor
Think creatively: Use unconventional outreach strategies to get your foot in the doorwhether it's attending medical conferences, leveraging referrals, or creating local awareness campaigns
Move fast: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating with technical and operations teams for seamless installations and trials
Stay agile: Adapt your pitch and approach based on real-time feedback from different customer segments
Drive results: Own your numbersmeet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a high-accountability environment
Be the eyes and ears: Provide critical market intelligence on competitor moves, pricing dynamics, and customer pain points
3-4 years in B2B sales, in medical devices, diagnostic equipment, lab instruments, or healthcare technology
Scrappy and resourceful: You don't wait for leadsyou create opportunities
Technically curious: Comfortable learning and explaining AI/digital pathology concepts to clinical audiences
Relationship builder: Natural ability to connect with doctors, lab owners, and healthcare decision-makers
Self-starter: Thrives with autonomy, owns your territory like it's your own business
Excellent communicator: Can present confidently to everyone from lab technicians to hospital CEOs
Road warrior mentality: Ready to travel extensively (60-70%) across your region
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field

Experience in startup or early-stage company environments
Understanding of AI, digital health, or medical device regulations
