Job Description

The role of Field Sales (FOS) at Shiprocket is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi focusing on their Hyperlocal services - Shiprocket Quick. As a Field Sales representative, your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, engaging with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients. You will be tasked with managing sales operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets will also be key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A proven track record in sales and lead generation, as well as strong sales operations abilities, are essential. The ability to work independently and on-site in New Delhi is required. Previous experience in the eCommerce or logistics industry would be advantageous. Additionally, a two-wheeler vehicle is a must-have for this role. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in logistics or quick commerce.
