Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing property options, conducting site visits, and closing deals through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for booking formalities and documentation
• Attend real estate expos, events, and marketing campaigns when required
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 06–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city
• Knowledge of local property market trends is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
