Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Kolkata.

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting ThinkWide’s healthcare software and services, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with diagnostic centers and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit diagnostic centers, clinics, and hospitals to present ThinkWide’s products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Demonstrate software features and explain benefits to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
• Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for on-ground campaigns.
• Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or software solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
