Field Sales Representative

Job Description: Field Sales Executive:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for equipment’s of access & material handling system like Aerial Work Platforms (Personal Lift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Spider Lift, Truck Mounted Lift) Cranes (All Terrain, Truck Mounted, Pick & Carry Crane) Telehandlers

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

· Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor’s products.

· To ensure systematic follow-up with the client to take the sales pitch to time -bond.

· Building and maintaining relationship with existing customers and identifying the opportunities for upselling.

· Negotiating and closing deals with customers to achieve sales target.

· Providing regular feedback on customer need to enhance sales strategies.

· Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing

· You will be expected to prepare weekly/Monthly statistical reports comparing targets set against targets achieved.

Qualification , Experience and Skills.

· Proven 5- 8 years of experience in field sales or similar role

· Candidates from BMS / Engineering / Graduate background can apply.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

· Self-motivated and target – driven.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A proactive and result – oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue growth.

· A good understanding of the sales process and experience with lead generation and qualification.

Salaries & Benefits:

· Salary Range is Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per Month CTC.

· Final salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview.

· Salaried on Company Payroll.

· All Labour Law Benefits.
