Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role involves achieving monthly secondary sales targets, planning and executing demand generation activities, identifying and enrolling new retailers monthly, and providing training and support to retailers on product knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting regular reports on sales, activities, and performance. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering, along with years of sales or market development experience. You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly secondary sales targets. - Plan and execute demand generation activities. - Identify and enroll new retailers monthly. Train and support retailers on product knowledge. - Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales, activities, and performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering. - Years of sales or market development experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
