Field Sales Representative

Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Staff – Jewellery

Reports To: Showroom Head

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Field Staff is responsible for promoting and selling jewellery products outside the showroom — visiting clients, retailers, and potential partners. This role focuses on expanding market reach, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective field sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

• Visit potential and existing customers (such as jewellery retailers, wholesalers, or individual clients) to promote and sell products.
• Present the company’s jewellery collections and explain product features, pricing, and offers.
• Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to represent the brand.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding new arrivals, promotions, and order updates.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily visit reports and update the sales manager on progress and market feedback.
• Coordinate with showroom, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and payments.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Collect market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
• Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in field sales, jewellery will be an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality with a confident and proactive approach.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products (training will be provided).
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Basic computer and mobile communication skills (email, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.).

Work Environment:

• Field-based role; frequent travel required within assigned territory.
• May need to work on weekends or extended hours during peak sales seasons or events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,786.99 - ₹32,431.78 per month
