Job Description

Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Home Loan Company

Location: Kurla, Mumbai
Experience: 1-4 years in field sales (preferably in home loans, or BFSI sector)
Education: Graduate (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential customers for home loans through field visits, cold calling, and references
  • Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to prospective clients
  • Assist customers in documentation and application submission
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful closures
  • Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and property consultants
  • Achieve monthly targets set by the company

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-wheeler with a valid license
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Familiarity with local market and geography
  • Target-driven and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
