Salary: up to ₹50,000 per month + Incentives (Competitive depending on exposure)
Mode: Field-based (must have own bike)

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, confident, and outgoing Field Sales Executive to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and exploring new opportunities, this role is a great fit. You’ll represent our travel brand, promote our tour packages, and help clients plan their perfect getaways. This role involves field visits, so being comfortable with client interactions and travel within the city is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients across assigned areas to promote and sell our travel packages.
• Generate leads through field visits, local networking, and references.
• Understand client needs and suggest the best travel options.
• Follow up regularly and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, itineraries, and bookings.
• Maintain visit reports and share client feedback with the management.

Requirements:

• Must have own bike and a valid driving license.
• 1–3 years of field sales or client-facing experience (travel industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
