Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our millet-based products division. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and be responsible for meeting potential clients, visiting markets, and generating quality leads for both B2B (wholesale, distributors, retailers) and B2C (direct customers) channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit markets, retail outlets, distributors, and end consumers to promote millet-based products.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in both B2B & B2C segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market influencers.
• Conduct product presentations, samples distribution, and promotional campaigns to increase market penetration.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales in company systems.
• Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams for timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility of products at retail points.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred (Any stream).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverages sector.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Knowledge of local markets and ability to travel extensively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
