Job Title: Customer Sales and Support Associate Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Industry: IT / SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales and Support Associate to join our dynamic team in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the software/IT ecosystem. This role requires a balance of sales acumen and customer service excellence to support existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and support requests. Help maintain and improve customer support processes and documentation (FAQs, help center, etc.). Contribute to customer retention strategies and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or sales role , preferably in a SaaS or IT environment . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM and support software. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-first mindset. Understanding of SaaS products, subscription models, and cloud-based services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B SaaS products. Familiarity with technical documentation or knowledge bases. Prior experience in upselling or customer success roles.
