Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Visit retail shops daily to promote and sell company products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Ensure proper display, visibility, and merchandising of products.
Collect market insights such as competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
Handle order taking, follow-ups, and ensure on-time delivery coordination.
Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (must).
Good knowledge of local market and retail network.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
