Field Sales Representative

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Industry: Insurance | Healthcare | Pharma | BFSI Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or BFSI sectors . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships in the Bangalore region. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to close sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Maintain records of sales calls, client interactions, and progress reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Pharma, or BFSI sectors. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Willingness to travel within the Bangalore area. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Education: Graduate in any discipline.
