Field Sales & Outreach Executive

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales & Outreach Executive to support student acquisition and offline marketing activities across Kerala. This field-based role involves visiting educational institutions, conducting engagement sessions, coordinating events, building community networks, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per scheduled routes
• Conduct student interactions, seminars, workshops, and awareness programs
• Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
• Collect and verify student/parent details and update CRM entries accurately
• Support offline promotional activities (brochures, posters, standees, etc.)
• Develop and manage local agent networks and community channels
• Generate high-quality leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach campaigns
• Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
• Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local organizations
• Track effectiveness of events and field activities based on lead quality and conversions
• Coordinate timely follow-up with Sales and Counseling teams
• Drive walk-ins to learning centers through field promotions
• Maintain daily logs of visits, leads, and activities
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Work closely with internal teams to support outreach initiatives and campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or BTL marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to independently manage field travel, events, and community engagement
• Comfortable with extensive travel and meeting monthly targets
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
