We’re Hiring: Sales Officer (Male and Female)

Location: Bhubaneswar/Anugul/Rourkela

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Candidates with prior experience in banking or financial sales are preferred. Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in any loan field sales (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) with a proven track record of performance.

Work Type: on-site

Salary: INR 18,000 - 22,000 / Month

Note: Two Wheeler Is Mandatory

Role: Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer, you’ll be the face of HDFC Sales in your assigned geography. You will identify new customer sources, build strong relationships, and drive sales of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct area/market mapping to generate new leads
• Build and manage relationships with sourcing partners
• Maintain daily sales activity reports in prescribed formats
• Ensure timely and complete submission of customer applications
• Participate in daily team huddles and training
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
• Identify and recommend potential channel partners

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates with min 2 years of experience passionate about sales
• Preference would be given to home loan experiance
