Goeld Frozen Foods is a rapidly growing 100% vegetarian frozen food brand, delivering premium quality and innovative products to customers across retail, modern trade, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) segments. With a strong commitment to taste, quality, and customer delight, we are expanding our footprint nationwide and internationally. We are looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Bangalore to strengthen our presence in the South Indian market.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales will be responsible for driving HoReCa business growth in Bangalore by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the frozen food industry. The role requires a strong network in the HoReCa segment and proven experience in frozen foods sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the HoReCa customer base (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSR chains, and institutional clients) in Bangalore.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and F&B decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional activities to drive product acceptance and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth order execution and timely supply.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Consistently achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and share forecasts with management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).
  • Strong client network in Bangalore’s HoReCa market.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client visits and business growth.
