Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our growing FMCG sales team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in the FMCG sector and a strong understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing retail accounts, expanding market presence, and ensuring brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Execute sales strategies to increase product reach and market share.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution at retail outlets.
• Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales manager or TSM's.
• Ensure timely collections and credit management from channel partners.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock, and field activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Graduate Higher Secondary & Above.
• Strong understanding of the Trivandrum FMCG market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field work efficiently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in local language (Malayalam) and basic English.
