Role Overview:
This role involves frontline customer acquisition and revenue generation. The Field Sales Executive builds market penetration through consistent field outreach, pipeline expansion, and conversion of qualified prospects into active customers through well behavioural and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily field visits to source new customers for banking and loan products.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, referrals, and local market networking.
Conduct customer needs analysis and position banking solutions that align with borrower requirements.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including documentation support and coordination with internal credit teams.
Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets with disciplined follow-through.
Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and closures on daily basis.
Uphold compliance standards, verify customer information, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record in field sales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and territory-handling capabilities.
High self-drive with the ability to operate independently in a target-driven environment.
Solid understanding of loan products, documentation, and customer eligibility norms.
Excellent communication and on-ground execution skills.
_Education & Experience:_
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of field sales experience will be an added advantage.
