Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound (CRE)
Role Overview:
We need someone who can drive customer engagement, accelerate loan conversions, and keep the pipeline clean. This role anchors outbound calling for loan products and ensures prospects move from inquiry to closure without friction.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for personal, home, and business loan products.
Qualify leads quickly, identify customer needs, and position the right loan solutions.
Push applications forward by coordinating required documentation and resolving customer road blocks.
Maintain accurate call logs, status updates, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Hit daily/weekly call targets, conversion KPIs, and service-level expectations.
Escalate complex cases to the loan processing team without delay.
Uphold compliance and adhere to all banking and data-privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
0 to 6 months minimum experience in telesales, banking, or financial services.
Strong communication skills and the ability to control a conversation.
Proven ability to work under pressure and close leads fast.
Solid grasp of loan products, eligibility norms, and documentation requirements.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and structured workflows.
Behavioural Fit:

Fast learner with high accountability.
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage large call volumes without dropping the ball.
Education:
Graduate degree or equivalent is preferred. Banking or finance exposure is a plus.
WFH option is also available for matching candidate with good negotiation and revenue generation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
