You are being hired as a Field Sales Officer for DSRV & CO. in Kolkata (Hooghly, WB) to promote and sell Dhomore Detergent Powder and house cleaning products. Your role will involve promoting and selling products to retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activities, ensuring proper product placement at retail outlets, and expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Dhomore detergent and cleaning products to retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers - Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach - Regularly visit customers in assigned territories - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Monitor competitor activities and report market trends - Ensure proper placement and visibility of products at retail outlets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Good knowledge of local market & retailer network - Own two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory) - Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas The company offers competitive salary based on experience, sales incentives, performance bonuses, travel allowance (if applicable), and career growth opportunities within the company.
