Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking Visit clients on-site to present and demonstrate company products and services Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in engineering or technical products Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentive structure Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive team environment Training and development programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
