Job Roles:
Field Relationship Manager
Seller Business Development Associate
Acquire and onboard property sellers by explaining NoBroker seller plans and benefits.
Generate leads through calls and follow-ups to convert sellers into paid customers.
Understand seller requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closure.
Maintain CRM updates and ensure smooth handover to servicing teams
Owner Business Development Associate
Identify and onboard property owners interested in renting or selling through NoBroker.
Pitch owner-focused plans and clearly explain pricing, features, and value proposition.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful owner enrollments.
Coordinate with servicing teams for seamless post-sale execution.
Track follow-ups, update CRM, and consistently meet assigned revenue targets.
Work Mode: Work from field (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Locations:Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Pune
Salary: 21,000 30,000 + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience)
Benefits: PF, Health Insurance (up to 1 lakh), and other perks
