Job Description

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and market surveys. Convert leads into sales by presenting product offerings and negotiating effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and gather competitor insights. Execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales outreach. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status using CRM tools. Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
