Field Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in our IT Services company based in Pune City, Maharashtra, your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and acquiring new clients for IT services, software solutions, and digital products. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase IT solutions. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. - Handling inquiries, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts to close deals. - Coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Qualification Required: - Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, BE Electronic and Telecommunication); MBA preferred but not mandatory. - Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in sales/marketing (IT industry preferred). - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & local language. - Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch IT products and services effectively. - Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling client objections and closing deals. - Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Willingness to work in a high-performance sales environment. - Willing to Travel: This is a field sales role, requiring frequent travel to meet clients. - Skillset: Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Relationship building. - Must Needed: Requires a two-wheeler and a valid driver's licence.
