Field Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Present and promote company services effectively.
• Provide accurate feedback and reports to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (12th Pass with sales experience may also apply).
• Proven experience in sales/marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work in the field.
