We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to facilitate real estate transactions, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with good communication and selling skills
Job profile will involve
Cold callings
Converting leads into Sales
Accompanying the client to the property
Helping in negotiations for rental and outright
Excellent communication skills
Past experience of Sales mandatory
Real estate experience preferred
