Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our B2B sales efforts and enhancing customer relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing their time effectively while maintaining an organised schedule to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage in B2B sales activities to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends using IT tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage time efficiently to balance multiple client accounts while adhering to deadlines.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market analysis for management review.

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficient IT skills for managing databases and utilising software applications relevant to the role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
