Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Understand customer requirements and offer solutions that address their challenges.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and market trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT Sales.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behaviour.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
