Salary & Incentives Structure:
For Freshers:
1st to 3rd Month: 20,000 CTC (16,000 Take Home)
4th Month Onwards: 25,000 CTC (20,000 Take Home)
5th Month: 15,000 Retention Bonus
For Experienced Candidates:
Salary will be based on previous CTC and experience
Performance-based incentives applicable
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Meet sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service
Regular reporting to the manager
