Job Description

As a Field Sales Associate at PagarBook, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the premium desktop version of our Attendance and Management tool for Small & Medium Enterprises. By engaging with customers in the field, you will pitch the benefits of using PagarBook desktop solution, such as Better and Easier accessibility, access to rich reports, and unlimited free upgrades for a year. Your goal will be to convert potential customers into paid subscribers while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your typical day will involve interacting with SMEs, driving the adoption of the premium version of PagarBook, and showcasing the value proposition it offers. With a never-say-no attitude and a strong focus on customer empathy, you will educate customers about the benefits of our solution before closing the sale. It is essential to have field sales experience, preferably in sectors like telecom, FMCG, or financial sales, and proficiency in the local language of your operational city. Key Responsibilities: - Pitching and explaining the benefits of PagarBook desktop solution to customers - Conducting on-field demonstrations and securing paid subscriptions - Offering free trials to potential customers and ensuring conversion to paid accounts - Meeting daily targets for client acquisition, free trial sign-ups, and sales conversions - Retaining customer accounts by fostering long-term usage of PagarBook desktop - Identifying key SME clusters, developing acquisition plans, and aggressively acquiring new customers - Providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of customer service Mandatory Requirements: - Own mode of transportation (bike) - Graduation in any field - Proficiency in the local language - Prior field sales experience Benefits: - Attractive targets based incentives - Petrol allowance up to INR 3,000 - Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance Key Areas of Responsibility: - Onboarding new customers - Meeting daily client acquisition targets - Ensuring free trial sign-ups and sales conversions - Retaining customer accounts and increasing basket size - Demonstrating strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and product knowledge In this role, you will play a crucial part in representing the PagarBook brand and driving sales growth on the ground.
