We are expanding our reach and looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team. Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales Executive for the Prayagraj location who will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and promoting solar products and services. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and passionate about sustainable energy. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads for solar system sales in assigned areas Visit potential customers to explain product benefits and close sales Identify client needs and offer suitable solar solutions Maintain relationships with new and existing clients Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports Conduct market research and provide feedback to the team Handle basic customer queries and ensure client satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream), preference for BBA/B.Com or technical background 0–2 years of experience in field sales, solar sales preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of solar energy products (training will be provided) Self-motivated and target-oriented Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Prayagraj and nearby areas Perks & Benefits: Attractive incentives on sales Field support and sales training Travel allowance How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to hradmin@solarzon.in Visit our website: www.solarzonnergy.com
