Field Site Staff Incentive Plan: Rs.100 per visit:
1. The company leads visits the site and submits the survey reports in the required format.
2. The field staff brings the leads with site details, requirements, the responsible person contact details and the location and presents the brochure to the client.
3. visits the site for tender submission
4. visits the site and coordinates with the engineer for remote troubleshooting and collection of signed documents.
5. Partner registration is conducted in coordination with the office for subcontracting/establishing distribution channel partners.
Sales commission 1% of each lead generated by the field staff
